Perry Park Water and Sanitation District is upgrading to a remote reading system. This move from drive-by readings to a remote system ensures 100% accuracy and real-time data.

Indoor Meters

Outdoor Meters

If your meter is in an exterior pit, no appointment or home access is necessary.

We are installing industry-leading Zenner Remote Meters. These allow for precise, remote readings without the need for drive-by technicians.

The Perry Park Water Project has begun work in the West side of the park and have completed in the east side.

Real-Time Data Delivery:

The new system allows the district to read meters remotely, ensuring your water usage data is more accurate and timelier than ever before.

Advanced Leak Protection:

Receive notifications of high water usage within 24 to 48 hours. This early warning system is designed to help you identify leaks or plumbing issues before they cause property damage.

Your Personal Water Portal:

Gain access to a new end-user portal where you can monitor your own usage trends on an hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly basis.

Professional Inspection

Water Pressure Precision:

During the upgrade, we will test your water pressure. High pressure can damage appliances; if your Pressure Regulating Valve (PRV) is failing, we can replace it during our visit. There will be no charge for the actual Valve. Homeowners with meters in their homes will have a small fee.

Main Line Health Check:

We will perform a professional inspection of your main water line and shut-off valve. We’ll look for leaking valves, inoperable shut-offs, strapping or support issues, and overall pipe integrity. The integrity will have to be intact in order to receive a new meter.
